I still haven't decided if I'm going to go or just watch it on telly, given I'm expecting it to be a right pain in the arse to get back afterwards.
Although if no other fucker is going, maybe it'll be easy?

Fair play to the TO.
I was planning on going, bought my ticket then heard it was train strikes which means I can't get there.
Was going to give me ticket away to someone in our group who travels in from a different direction but no takers so emailed TO and they got back today saying they have refunded my ticket.

When I first got my season ticket back in the late 70s which included 2 home cup game, and if you were out of work the season ticket was half price if you had a UB40, how owners of football clubs conveniently forgot those days
when attendance was low due to the problem with trouble on the terrace and it was us loyal fans that kept any clubs in business, The Sky came along and pumped loads of money into the game but the fans now play extortionate prices , this game should have been free to season ticket holders £5 for non and kids for a quid .

Haven’t had a post like this since Upton Park days. I remember the 31765 predictions for league cup games.
Price is mad. Think I paid 40 for band 1?
Man City in cup last year seemed the way forward. Half term. Full house and amazing atmosphere.

Would it be too cynical to suggest 20K tickets at 30 quid brings in more profit than 50K at a tenner
and with reduced staffing costs !!
